Bigelow recalls his initial meetings with DIA intelligence analyst James Lacatski, the role that Skinwalker Ranch played in the creation of the DIA program, and why Bigelow and Senator Harry Reid tried to achieve SAP (Special Access Program) status for their Las Vegas-based investigation. Bigelow also discusses his negotiations with unnamed aerospace companies in hopes of obtaining certain “materials.”
