The Series B capital raise, led by existing and new investors, comes as the New Zealand-founded aerospace company accelerates development of its Aurora spaceplane and expands its growing satellite propulsion business.
The aircraft, registered A9-186, was originally reported missing in Papua New Guinea in 1943 but later discovered in 2020, with divers braving 43 meters of water to reach the aircraft.
Hosted at RMAF Base Butterworth in Malaysia, the deployment involved more than 75 personnel from No. 92 Wing and three Poseidon P-8A aircraft, as well as supporting elements from across the Air Force, including No. 19 Squadron at Butterworth.
