With the launch of Alaska Airlines’ service from Seattle, USA, to Keflavik, Iceland, the carrier now holds the record for the longest non-stop flight operated using a Boeing 737 of any American carrier. With this service exceeding 3,600 miles, the airline beat the previous record, which was held by the airline itself, on the Alaska Airlines service from Anchorage to New York.
