Taiwanese full-service carrier Starlux Airlines has announced that it will upscale its aircraft operations between Taipei Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), with the airline planning to swap the Airbus A350-900 on the route for the A350-1000. This will be the airline’s first long-haul route operated with the -1000 variant.
