An American Airlines flight was forced to divert shortly after take-off from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) due to a fire in the forward galley oven. Flight AA885, operated by one of the carrier's Boeing 737-800s, was heading for Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) in North Carolina on January 21st, but landed instead at Houston's George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH).
