The most recent vote on a proposed Southwest Airlines pilot contract brought about a turnout of 98.8%. After years of negotiations and being the last of the 'Big Four' American carriers without a new contract, 92.73% of the pilots who voted approved a tentative agreement between the Southwest Airlines Pilots Association (SWAPA) and the airline. The contract includes an immediate 29.15% raise, followed by 4% raises for the next four years.
