UZ Cargo Poland launches Romania–Ukraine steel service

The transport was initiated by Lithuania’s Ministry of National Defence, with the equipment allocated from Lithuanian Armed Forces reserves.

The trains transported 105,170 TEUs, an increase of 43.2%, with the 1,000-train threshold reached 26 days earlier than in 2025.

The train operated on the Munich–Antwerp–Munich axis via Emmerich and Roosendaal.
