Grand Est deploys new EMUs on Luxembourg and Offenburg routes

The revised approach follows a joint review with the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) and feedback received during the earlier request for proposals.

The agreement follows a two-year tender process and includes a one-year mobilisation phase, with an option to extend for an additional four years.
