United Airlines has a relatively large Boeing 767 fleet at its disposal, with present fleet data made available by ch-aviation showing that the Chicago-based US ‘big three’ legacy carrier andStar Alliance founding member currently operates 37 examples of the 767-300ER and 16 767-400ERs. These are far from its youngest aircraft, with respective average ages of 30.2 and 24.6 years old, but they still have an important role to play at United.
