British Airways Flew 13 Hours After Passenger Died Onboard – Foul Smell Complaints Followed

You might expect that, when a passenger passes away during a flight, pilots would divert the aircraft to an airport to deal with the situation. However, this isn’t always the case. Indeed, if a passenger dies of natural causes, airlines may just opt to have the flight continue onward to its destination. This appears to be what happened with a recent British Airways flight from Hong Kong to London Heathrow. The passenger died shortly after takeoff, but the flight continued onward to its destination, flying for 13 and a half more hours!
