Why American Airlines Targets Europe’s 67th Busiest Airport Using The Airbus A321XLR

Earlier this month, American Airlines made history by operating its first long-haul international route with the Airbus A321XLR. The corridor in question links its hub at John F Kennedy International Airport (JFK) in New York City withEdinburgh Airport (EDI), and marks an exciting expansion to the carrier’s intercontinental portfolio. Interestingly, there is a chance that American Airlines may yet fly the A321XLR to a second Scottish airport.
