The long-awaited (and delayed) Boeing 777-9 has received another green light from the United States Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), bringing Boeing another step closer to getting its aircraft certified for commercial operations. With this regulatory clearance, the 777-9 will be advancing into its fourth stage of the aircraft certification process, known as Phase 4A.
