Bertschi keeps rail-focused investments amid chemical market downturn

The milestone operation took place at Hodoš station, which was the locomotive’s debut on Slovenian infrastructure.

The locomotive will haul diesel and heating oil trains from North Sea ports to tank farms across the country.

The service began in mid-June 2026 and will initially operate with two arrivals and two departures per week.
