Albanese Calls Grok AI Abhorrent Over Explicit Images

Albanese criticised Grok amid reports of users prompting non-consensual sexualised images of women and children, prompting Australia’s eSafety Commissioner to investigate and demand fixes from X.

This follows past clashes, like orders to block violent content from the 2024 Sydney church stabbing, which X sometimes resisted as censorship.

Whilst clearly there is no place in our society for any online service to provide to a user altered images of a sexual nature, X has fixed the oversight and requesting these images is now no longer possible. There will be many instances of all types during the development of AI learning tools and features.

Watch the video of Albanese trying to lay the groundwork of a policy to ban X. Notice how he continually looks down to read from a script and also the choice of language, referring to “global citizens”. Albanese is not only a weak leader, he is also a puppet of the anti-free speech globalists that are desperate to destroy X.

While no ban is proposed, users worry about a crackdown, Opposition Leader Sussan Ley backs regulation, and the tension highlights struggles between AI harms and free speech on Australia’s top news app.
