These Vlocity trains do not provide the ability to add carriages say 4 or 5 or 7.
Yet another line on the V/line network in a perilous state of operation. V/Line appear to not care at all about passenger safety or comfortable. The idea now is to stuff as many people into a carriage and have them fend for themselves.
