TII and Space42 announce ambitious quantum communications plans

Private equity firm EQT has announced that its EQT Infrastructure VI fund has entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire a majority stake in the ground station infrastructure business of Eutelsat Group, a global leader in satellite communications.

Start-up satellite manufacturer and operator Astranis announced on Monday it has signed a contract with SpaceX to launch five more of its MicroGEO broadband satellites later this year.
