South America is a key international market for the ‘big three’ legacy carriers in theUnited States: American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, and United Airlines. According to Cirium, an aviation analytics company, this trio of operators has collectively scheduled a grand total of 3,548 flights on routes to and from South America this month. These will offer 795,351 seats and 2,875,783,576 ASMs.
