Virgin Australia has become the first airline in the country to allow pets in the cabin. The inaugural pets-in-cabin flight will depart from Melbourne Airport to the Gold Coast on October 16, 2025. The service will operate as a trial until January 30, 2026, to assess its success.

Well, I see the people with allergies to dog fur etc. may be taking their patornage elsewhere……
As some allergies can be fatal in some cases…..and some these people who want to fly will not risk being the same area as potential exposure to trigger that set it off. and spoil a good earned break….
As former dog owner, I disagree with it as big dogs shouldn’t fly on planes…..little doggies debatable……as the $$$$ spent on extra cleaning for the fur etc. and accidents might used be a justified excuse to raise airfares on plane travel just saying…..
