Liquid expands Wi-Fi service in Kampala

Netmore Group, a global operator of IoT networks, has announced its continued expansion into Brazil and South American markets, following the completion of its acquisition of Everynet, an operator of neutral-host, low power wide area (LPWA) networks.

Indian state-owned telco BSNL’s recently issued 5G tender has reportedly been poorly received by potential bidders – particularly by Ericsson and Nokia, who are unhappy with BSNL’s plan to use only indiginous gear to build the network.

Nokia announced on Monday it has signed a deal with Vodafone Qatar to lead a nationwide network modernisation project to drive expanded 5G coverage, reliability and services for consumers and businesses.
