Onwave has hosted a webinar in partnership with TRACCS to discuss how OWL can help to enhance situational awareness for those working on track.
The webinar was led by experts from the rail sector Andy Mehaffey and Alan Spence, who discussed OWL and the importance of situational awareness for these workers undertaking high-risk work.
The webinar wasn’t just about tech; it was a passionate call to action. Andy and Alan, boasting over 30 years of combined experience, painted a vivid picture of the challenges within rail safety – hidden trains, human error and explained how OWL can help tracker works both new and old to remain aware of their surroundings.
Andy and Alan went on to explain how team can use OWL to create virtual safety zones, alerting workers to potential hazards in real-time.
