Vietnam's low-cost dynamo, Vietjet, is best known for its ultra-low fares and aggressive marketing, particularly when it expands into new markets like Australia and India, where it has built strong market positions over the last twelve months. However, Vietjet has another side, and that's building relationships over longer periods of engagement, such as carrying people between China and Vietnam, which this year celebrated its tenth anniversary.
