Chicago-based United Airlines operates a fleet of more than 1,000 aircraft and currently has all its wide-body aircraft from American plane maker Boeing. With the biggest aircraft of all in the fleet, the Boeing 777-300ER. United operates 22 of these aircraft, and for August, data from Cirium, an online aviation analytics company, shows the most popular airports to fly these aircraft are spread across the country.
