Those flying to Orlando who don’t like the large and crowded Orlando International Airport may choose to fly to Orlando Sanford instead. Passengers will need to fly economy class (or Allegiant Extra) as the airport is exclusively served by the ultra-low-cost airline Allegiant Air. Still, for those living close to one of the few dozen airports from which Allegiant flies to Sanford, and who want to get to Orlando as cheaply and quickly as possible, the airport can offer an excellent alternative.
