A woman from Illinois is suing the oneworld carrier, American Airlines, following an incident in Paris, where a glitch in online check-in limited access to people with disabilities. Kelsey Brickl, of Illinois, lives with a severe form of cardiac and neuromuscular impairments. This has led to her needing the use of a specially designed powered wheelchair.
