Downpatrick & County Down Railway celebrates anniversary using vintage carriages

On 2nd August, visitors to the Downpatrick & County Down Railway can travel in vintage carriages to mark 40 years since the railway was incorporated.

Northern Ireland’s Downpatrick and County Down Railway has issued an update on its 80 Class power car 69.

The Downpatrick and County Down Railway is asking the government to ensure that heritage railways are treated the same as greenway projects.
