The FAA Warns Of Delays To Newark & JFK After 4.8 Magnitude Earthquake

The Federal Aviation Administration has warned that flights to and from the New York area could be impacted following a magnitude 4.8 earthquake in the New Jersey area. Earlier today, a ground stop was enacted at both New York JFK Airport and Newark Liberty International Airport. At the time of writing, it appears that both ground stops had been lifted, though a "ground delay" remains in place at Newark Airport.
