UK Regulator Launches Official Investigation Into Boeing-Spirit AeroSystems Deal

The UK’s Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) will hold an antitrust investigation into the proposed merger between Boeing and its long-term partner, Spirit AeroSystems. The regulator will look to determine if the deal raises the risk of substantial lessening of competition in the UK.
