The commercial airline market has continued to demonstrate strong demand for a new kind of aircraft. Historically, airlines had two different types of jets, each catering to different kinds of markets. First, there are narrowbody jets, and these are the aircraft that make up the largest portion of the global fleet. Narrowbody aircraft include the Boeing 737 and the Airbus A320, bestsellers which have made their impact on the market over decades of operational service.
