On Friday, March 29, Gulfstream Aerospace announced that its brand-new aircraft, the Gulfstream G700, was awarded type certification by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). This certification allows Gulfstream to begin deliveries of the new ultra-long-range business jet. The FAA certification also confirmed several new performance improvements compared to what was originally anticipated in early flight testing and development.
