The State Library Railway Station entrance on La Trobe Street looks very close to being finished and new fencing has been installed for the developer (Scape) of the over station development and no mentions the Metro Tunnel anymore.
The Metro Tunnel has previously been criticised for taking too long to build and complete and for dramatic cost overruns.
