Viking Air provides support for aircraft that were built over half a century ago. The company has taken responsibility for providing support through parts and services to various older aircraft, including De Havilland and Canadair. It is common for third-party companies to provide aftermarket services to older aircraft that are outside of warranty or support from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
