American Airlines has announced that it will be resuming its flights between Miami International Airport (MIA) and Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) later this year. While the US legacy carrier and oneworld founding member has served this route in the past, the new flights, which are set to start at the beginning of November, will be its first on the intra-Florida corridor since 2009, 16 years ago.
