Does TSA PreCheck Really Save You Time?

The airport experience can be stressful if things don’t go your way, particularly the long queues for check-in and security. Given the high level of security maintained by airports in the United States, flying around the country and getting through Transportation Security Administration (TSA) checks can make it a longer experience than in most countries. As a result, the TSA launched its TSA PreCheck trusted traveler program over a decade ago, promising to expedite the security clearance experience for members of the program.
