Swissport Fined More Than $3 Million For Boston Labor Violations

On April 23, 2025, Massachusetts Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell announced that the state’s Department of Justice has reached a settlement with three different organizations, all of which are part of major multinational ground handling services conglomerate Swissport. This includes Swissport USA, Swissport Cargo Services, and Swissport Fueling, all of which have a major presence across the United States.
