How much you are paid as a member of an airline’s Cabin Crew depends on a variety of factors, such as seniority, hours on the clock and each individual airline’s pay structure. There have long been complaints about the rate of pay offered to cabin crew, although bumper new deals negotiated in the post-pandemic era have helped push up salaries.
