A normal five-hour flight from the Canary Islands to Iceland became an eight-hour disaster which forced passengers to remain stranded 800 miles away from their destination. Neos flight NO4925 took off from the Spanish island of Tenerife using a Boeing 737 MAX aircraft to reach Akureyri in northern Iceland.
