Qantas’ Airbus A380s To Fly South Africa For The First Time In September

First, Qantas will deploy its superjumbo to Johannesburg for the first time, replacing its current Boeing 787-9 that links the two cities. The introduction of the Airbus A380 on this route will see the variant, for the first time, being operated on a route solely remaining in the Southern Hemisphere. Upgrading the aircraft from the 787 to the A380 will double the route capacity and add a first-class cabin for elite passengers.
