Boeing is reportedly seeking to withdraw its agreement to plead guilty in the criminal case related to the two deadly 737 MAX crashes a few years ago. The plane maker filed a formal guilty plea with the Department of Justice last year, but the deal was rejected by a US judge in December, sending Boeing back into discussion with the Justice Department.
