The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has published its preliminary report about the mid-air collision in Washington, DC, on January 29 involving a PSA Airlines Mitsubishi (née Bombardier) CRJ700 and a United States Army (USA) Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk.
