Southwest Airlines Closes Crew Bases In Austin & Fort Lauderdale

Southwest Airlines is in the middle of a significant cost-reducing phase and is implementing some big changes within the organization and its operations. It announced a reduction in its corporate positions last month and has also been reducing some bases. And now, new reports have surfaced about the airline closing crew bases at two locations.
