Earlier in the month, Delta Air Lines was in the news following a dramatic accident involving one of its regional jets. On February 17th, 2025, Delta Connection flight 4819, operated using an Endeavor Air CRJ900 aircraft, crashed while landing in snowy conditions at Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) upon its arrival from Minneapolis Saint Paul International Airport (MSP) in the US state of Minnesota.
