A 39-year-old man has been charged with several offences including possessing child abuse material following a series of alleged upskirting incidents in Victoria.
Police allege the man filmed victims at recreational facilities and businesses between January 1 and February 7 in Ballarat and Melbourne.
Investigators will also allege the material was captured without the victim’s knowledge or consent.
Detectives executed search warrants at several addresses in the Ballarat area, seizing a number of electronic devices.
The Redan man was arrested and charged with two counts of producing an intimate image, two counts of possessing child abuse material, stalking and public nuisance.
He was remanded to appear before Ballarat Magistrates Court today.
