On Wednesday, February 5th, Flexjet revealed that the company signed a firm order that will total over $7 billion. This firm order includes 182 different private jets from Embraer, South America’s largest private jet manufacturer. Specifically, the order will include a varying number of Embraer Phenom 300Es, Praetor 500s, and Praetor 600s. It also includes an option for an additional thirty jets on top of the 182 ordered business jets, as well as an extended service agreement for the ordered business jets. The number of aircraft that will be delivered to Flexjet will nearly double the fleet size of one of the world’s largest chartered flight providers.
