Mexican Government Disputes DOT Aeromexico-Delta Partnership Decision

The United States Department of Transportation (DOT) has revealed in a filing that the Mexican government argued against the DOT’s decision not to renew the antitrust immunity (ATI) for the Aeromexico – Delta Air Lines partnership, with the latter state saying that the renewal of the ATI and the two countries’ air transport agreement being two separate matters.
