Winning Bidder Requests Tribunal Court To Expedite Sale Of Jet Airways’ Boeing 777s

In the long-drawn-out saga of Jet Airways’ revival, the fate of its three Boeing 777s is also in the doldrums. There was opposition from Jet’s winning bidders against the sale of these planes, but an Indian court dismissed that appeal, allowing the 777s to have new owners. And more than two months after the court’s orders, Ace Aviation, the winning bidder of the planes, has approached the tribunal to expedite the process.
