US Scraps Seized Boeing 747 That Was Grounded In Argentina

Following the repatriation by the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) of the former Iranian and Venezuelan Boeing 747 cargo aircraft on February 12, the aircraft was scrapped. The plane had been parked in Buenos Aires, Argentina, for almost two years before being transferred to United States Marshal Service custody.
