The Flaris LAR 1 is a private jet with detachable wings and a stature so small that it will soon become the world's smallest private jet. It wouldn’t even need a hangar- a garage would suffice. At the opposite end of the spectrum, albeit in a different aviation domain, is the Airbus A380, which is spacious enough for more than 850 passengers.

As everyone knows, northern airlines generally make more money in the summer, as that’s when demand and fares are usually at their highest. Between June and August 2026, an average of 19 daily transatlantic passenger Boeing 757 flights are planned, all of which are, of course, to Europe. The type’s activity has been reduced from 21 daily flights in the same three months last year but Delta Air Lines, Icelandair, La Compagnie, and United Airlines will all have transatlantic 757 services this summer.
