South Korea (along with Turkey) is becoming a significant weapons supplier and enjoys a quickly growing military export market in armored vehicles and now helicopters and fighter jets. South Korea is already exporting its advanced trainer/light fighter—the KAI T-50 Golden Eagle—around the world – meanwhile it is also developing an advanced fighter (the KF-21 Boramae). With helicopters, Korea has now taken delivery of its second domestic helicopter, the Light Armed Helicopter (LAH) ‘Miron’ for its army.
