The legendary Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk is expected to hit the skies soon powered by the new next-generation General Electric T901 engine. The United States Army may be eagerly looking ahead to the Black Hawk’s replacement (the tiltrotor V-280 Valor), but the Black Hawk is not going anywhere for a long time. The V-280 Valor is set to greatly change the way the Army (like the 101st Airborne Division) is able to deploy and sustain operations.
