Former Covid and Commonwealth Games boss Jeroen Weimar has been officially appointed to the role of Secretary of the Department Transport and Planning.
3AW Mornings host Tom Elliott reacted to the appointment and said “I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry”.
“He’s brilliant at getting himself tax-payer funded jobs, it doesn’t matter that the previous jobs he had, he fails at,” Elliott said.
